So looks like TRIO BRAVO, a side project/super group with Marc Reddix on drums and bass/guitar/vocal duties by Jen Leigh and myself switching off, might actually be happening.

Basically we've been talking for months about putting together a for fun side project and making a little extra bread on the side with it.

But also do it to blow people's fucking minds. Originals, jams, mutated covers. Jen and Marc are truly amazing players and I'm glad they consider me amongst their ranks. All three of us sing, too.

I may see if the B3 player in Jen's solo band plays bass with his feet. That would allow Jen and myself to play guitar at the same time o_0

I'll dig up some links on Jen and Marc.

Sludgelord3000's heavy soul band Sugarfly was recently looking for a guitar player (Jen was considering moving back to LA). I recommended her and the job was hers had she moved, sight unseen, no need for an audition. That kind of player.

They had always worked before being disassembled with the intent of upgrading the stock jacks and switches. Nothing has been removed or modified from the boards. Mass Driver played halftime at a roller derby game this past weekend and it was an absolute blast! There were like 3 or 400 people there including a bunch of kids that rocked out with me.

Thunderosa hit the studio yesterday evening to demo out two new songs for an interested record label.

Blew through main tracks (drums, singer's guitar, me on bass) live in two takes.

Then I switched to guitar and nailed both songs on my end in one take. Did a quick overdub of a chord I missed haha, but other than that did the entire songs, rhythm and leads, in one shot.

Holy shit. Feeling very on top of my game.

Can't wait til these are done (singer cutting vocals Wednesday), they already sound crazy fucking good o_O

i need some advice.

i want to take a live recording of a band thats all on one track and break it up into many tracks. what do you guys recommend. i prefer it to be free and easy to use.
