Shit's falling into place

Bass player and me, we had a second, SECOND practice.
There is a new Gretch Catalina Rock silver metal flake set of drums sitting behind me as I type (not to mention a cro-magnon to sit at the throne).
It's been a long time coming!

Good to hear it, hope something comes of it. I had several near band experiences over the years before my current band actually happened for real. Good thing too, it was do or sell all of my gear time at that point.

Baby steps.  So, tonight Senor Bassist drops by and we jam one of his.  An hour goes by and we are just warming up.  And then it clicks.  It's been so fucking long since "it's clicked".  Five minutes of genuinely good music improved.  I've forgotten that I could actually play music...well.  Adult life sucks the fun right out of life.
