New Old Amp Day!

Picked up a '71 Univox UB-250 last night for $80.  25W head & 1x15 cab.  Haven't plugged it in yet.  Got home and the wife was in bed...  Now I'm taking the head in to get a ground plug/cord installed so it's going to be a couple days... Has the two-pronged cord now and I'm not going to chance it after being electrocuted by an old Kasino head a couple years ago.  Anyway, here's the pic from the ad...

That looks like it would be great to have around. I knew a dude that sold his sunn head for $80.00 he od'd and died a couple of months later.

Yeah, it's just for practicing at home & nothing real special.  Just thought it was cooler than the other $80 practice amps out there... Peavey Minx and Fender Rumble and such.  Who knows though... Could turn out to be crap for all I know.  Ha.
