I'll play. Back in the mid-90s I had a beautiful G&L ASAT in blueburst with a maple neck. Those pickups can move mountians and smash gravity.

I was just impressed by the reverse headstock, thicker strings need longer runs. It looks better than Schecter's non-reverse TB, the Ultra. I think Taryn from Drugs of Faith played something like that, I remember a weird body shape, and a reverse headstock.

Anything that's not a Fender derivative is always a nice change.

Talking of which, has anyone ever seen anything like a Gibson EB-1? Viola shaped, but solid bodied?

Peavey T-40 with Darkstar pups

If I have some cash lying around, might be an interesting idea. I could sell those Darkstar pups without much loss if I don't like it. Or a Warmoth EB-3 with Darkstar pups.
