Like a boss. Yes that is sweet to live it. Congratulations! That's cool. Hows that NWA pedal?

Got a 2025 Dano baritone full flat formica top coming 28" scale or something. I've heard the actual specimen. It'll suffice as long as the neck is fariiy straight. $500 new. 6 saddles. I've got a couple baritone acoustics, doubt that the Dano will be as good, but they thrill me as long as it tunes up. Am I gonna chart with a song like Wicked Game? Hey, I'd be a fool not to take a swing at it for the halibut. Just need a brushes drummer, stand up bass, million dollar studio, and better hair. Lemme see if I can get some lyrics..

The TWA? It's the Triskelion a harmonic energizer clone. Got a g crazy mid sweep like an envelope filter or parametric EQ with dirt. I use it on leads a lot.

TC Electronics SCF Gold.
I love this on my bass.

Those TC pedals are special.

Does that pedal have stereo outs? I've been looking for a chorus. I'm blind, it does have stereo outs! Awesome. What made you go with that one in particular? I'm having trouble deciding on one, we're so spoiled for choice anymore.

Also, picked up this awesome Univox Badazz on the cheap. Needs some wiring gremlins worked out and a new bridge. Kicked myself for selling my old one like 16 years ago. This one came with the OG case and trem bar too!

nice get. Glad to hear you love it.

I haven't posted this one yet.

Telecaster project I've been slowly refining.  It started as an idea that I would rout the body for two P90's.  That idea wasn't going to work so well because the holes for a p90 won't cover up the holes tgat were in the body to begin with, so there would be a void in the finished result unless i filled it in somehow.  Went a different direction instead.

Squier Affinity body, USA Fender Performer b-stock rosewood neck - stamped "USED" and with the serial partially removed.  I got it at a reduced price because the truss rod nut was stripped, but when I dove in, I figured out it actually was fine, just finicky.  fender locking tuners, Dimarzio Super Distortion T rail humbucker bridge pickup. CTS 250k pots, PU switch delete, solid pickguard without a neck PU hole.  Just today I received the control plate blank without a switch slot.  Drilled the holes for the pots, and mounted it.  Still need to procure and mount the string tree.    I love the way it looks and sounds.  Not like a tele at all.  Toying with getting a surf green fender case, but not right now.
Vinyls.   deal.

I had a Fender set-neck Tele 2x P90s solid body. 6-saddles hard tail Custom Shop, standard 3-way controls. Such a cool guitar but had a hard pointy sound with zero forgiveness. All good but needed a delicate finger. One of the best but also one of the most difficult to slot in. Wasn't a rock guitar, nor fusion, wasn't a jazz guitar either. Every peice of wood is different so I might have been up a tree with it, if the wood was the dud part. People I know played it and crooked their head, and handed it back.

Nice surfy color. Considering P90's...I'd put a wanger on it, since you are capable of making it fit. Possibly top load a bigsby if you got a spare.

Been on the hunt for some deals and knocking some items off my Gear wish list.

Yamaha T50, looking to get this modded to complete SLO specs.

Bad Cat Lynx V1, love this amp. The 5 position mid shift switch makes it very versatile. Pairs great with the Orange.

Cri Call tube baby monitor from the 60s that overdrives like crazy! Sounds like its about to explode when I hit it with the OCD clone and Triskelion.

Maton MS500 I searched FB marketplace in Australia for a couple weeks since these don't pop up in America. Such a small neck on it I was suprpised, fits my smallish hands well.

Nice! What's that based on?

Hi, according to EQD's website:

The design is Fuzz Face inspired, and the idea started when Jamie Stillman came across some very unique silicon transistors. These transistors are lower gain and have a warmth similar to germanium transistors when overdriven. But they also have the top-end grind typical of silicon-based fuzz pedals, which adds to the mids and helps cut through. The combination of these rare transistors and the starved voltage creates a wide variety of textures at the turn of a knob.

I bought this one for bass and it really sounds good, it's my main dirt sound now...

All the other dist/over/fuzz pedals in the chain are here to add different styles/flavors of dirt.

Just bought a celestion creamback to try in the 2x12 I made.  The old greenback I paired with a v30 sounds good with my 18w amp, but need a higher wattage speaker if I use my new cab with my 800 or 900. Looking forward to seeing how it sounds.

So I did something that might be considered sacrilege around these parts.  I just got a Fractal Audio FM9 Unit.

I'm going to say that it's probably not the best thing for stoner rock, but in terms of general recording, it's nothing short of amazing. It's not the easiest thing to program, but once you learn it, you can do some creative signal routing.

I sold most of my traditional pedals but kept all my dirt pedals, wah and a boss delay.  Ya know - just in case.

I super miss my old 1980's era Digitech 2020 rack unit. Total cheese box but it had sooo many useeable sounds. I miss that box and it easy to stamp out a quick tune, no fiddling around too much, quick and easy!. Also ran it into a cassette tape 4 track yamaha so even worse! so take it with a grain of salt. But I sure miss it. Have fun with your Fractal! and report back! (I have a Kemper. (no serious cmplaints but I need to use it more, or maybe I'd don;t love it? Gimme a real amp in a real room but I do miss the the 80's digital boxes (Peavey, Lexicon, Digitech - all, lovely)

Ya I hear ya

I got a line six stomphx been using for delay modulation hoping to replace it with a Strymon volante for my stoner doom pedalboard but it is so versatile I mean it turns the board into a bass amp modeler and helps my Taylor acoustic guitars so needless to say haven't yet made the Strymon plunge

Hope you like the fractal.... Yay for modelers and stoner doom 🤣

Several things during the last months...
