Good.

very good. Johnny Depp is incredible as Whitey, best actor oscar worthy for sure

EaterofBirds

Cop Car was beautifully shot, minimalistic..etc. Started off good.
but the writing was sluggish. This COULD have been so good..and well, fell flat. 4/10

Southpaw ---Just a dumb movie "gritted up". Gyllenhal was good. That whole "oscar push on the initial" media hype is maybe for actor only. The movie is pretty terrible  3/10

Back Country - Okay film..brutally disturbing Grizzly scene.  5/10

The Partisan - Australian arthouse/cult film. Very well done. I was engrossed in this from beginning to the credits rolled. 7/10

Is the film supposed to be in 3D WITHOUT the glasses or what
Living a Burt Reynolds lifestyle on Mac Davis budget

Ayek

Dope - pretty good I thought
Deathgasm - highly recommend

Just saw "Killer Legends" by the same guys that did "Cropsy". Documentary investigating urban legends. It's well done but sometimes the douchyness of the film maker dudes is hard to stomach.

any good?

I liked it a lot. It's a biopic of his life consisting of interviews with his family and many comedians. I laughed pretty hard reliving some of his Saturday Night Live skits.

Stop giving Eli Roth money to make this crap.

EaterofBirds

Knock Knock was absolute tripe. Fuck Roth in the face, and Reeves only takes a step back in his sudden "role resurgence" with awful script and wooden acting back in full force in this one.

Beasts of No Nation is on Netflix and it's incredible

I was shocked how bad Keanu's acting is even in the trailer of Knock Knock.

I loved Sicario.

Knock Knock is shockingly bad. I was pretty pissed off at myself for watching the entire thing hoping for a somewhat decent payoff. Dem titties were nice though.

Beasts Of No Nation is really good.

Wasn't as good as the 1st one, but it had some laughs.

I liked it. A lot. It's a "slow burner", like running in about 2 hours +, but it's well made for a dime budget..and good to see.

Graphic, tense period piece. Where Ravenous didn't take itself too seriously, this one leans into the darker side of the "Donner Party themed" western/horror.

Lacked a tension building score and a little back story on the cannibal indians, but other than that it's a cool little cult horror classic. Good cast...and Russell is badassery. Eli Roth could take a lesson or two from this director in both script and cinematography..and well, directing

Terminator Genisys

Dope

One was total crap, the other really good.

The Gift  8/10

Especially noteworthy was the fact that Joel Edgerton wrote, directed, produced and acted in it, and not too badly either I might add.
