Anybody know about Allegra drums?

Always thought they were high end drums.  Locally made here.  There's a set on CL claiming abiguouslly to be a set but the lugs don't look like Allegras.  Any thoughts?

Pretty much what I thought.  Couldn't even find anything regarding entry level Allegra's.
