Not getting into it yet.  Watched the first two.  I find the custodian chess teacher portion of the story to be hokey and stupid.

I LOVED Dark!  It was like Lost if it were actually coherent.  Binge watched three seasons of that show in like a couple weeks, never a dull moment in my eyes.

the wife watches tons of subtitled european cop shows about murder. Most seem pretty dark and are better written compared to US network type shows.

a few are The Tunnel, Broadchurch, DCI Banks, Informer, Rocco Schivone (smokes lots of grass!)

It's interesting that of all the comic that Grant Morrison has written, this is the one that they made into a television show.  Well, that and Doom Patrol, sort of, though I haven't seen any of Doom Patrol because it's on some weird channel.

It's solid, I'm up to date so far. The momentum and focus can veer a little at times, but cool storyline, setting, and Cranston is good without being the main focus

Halt and catch fire is super rad.  Yes there's a little cheese when depicting the 80's but I am thoroughly enjoying it.

Freaks and Geeks is now available on Hulu, I'm going to have to watch that with the girlfriend after we finish The Prisoner and The Expanse.  Maybe then she'll remember who James Franco is?
