that's good to know. I liked the book well eough but it once again proved King can't write endings.

Yeah, the ending of the book blew.

One thing I am liking about the show is that Big Jim is more nuanced.  In the book he was an over the top bad guy and pretty much one dimensional.

It turns out that only a totally awesome skateboarding stunt allows travel through the dome wall. You can also temporarily open a doorway through the dome wall by playing electric guitar (StonerRock).

Sadly, we are abandoning this show on ep #3, wife doesn't want to watch, I tried watching it twice now but wander away..... must Focus.
