ever eat Minneapolis signature dish? the juicy lucy? two ham burger patties welded together with a pocket of motlen cheese center. You have to let that fucker cool down or be ready for a face full of molten hot lava when you bite into the burger.

PLaza Burger from the Plaza..madison wisconsin:
the sauce is some kind of sour cream based concoction and is fucking amazing. Ive seen places imitating this burger throughout the midwest, even going so far as to call it a "plaza burger".
Pitcher of beer at the Plaza was like 2.75$
