Did some cookin early cuz it's hot. This'll be for cold or quick reheats.

Skewered leg quarters over cabbage, baby turnips, garlic and serranos.

Dry salt brine for 12 hours then basted with caiziyou a couple times. Simple.

right okay yeah way more French country than you would usually do, plating wise. I'm intrigued with the oil. Save my Mala cart at $200. They want me to pay $20 shipping so balked. Fair enough though, tons of oils and jars. Waiting on a welcome coupon that probably isn't coming. I'll hop to it a day or so.
