Glue glug and cook low for 1 1/2 hour lid on then the same lid off.

Rager (or anyone who feels they are qualified to answer) i need to know what the correct way to serve roast beast with brown gravy on white bread is. Me and my lovely gf are debating on whether it should be open faced or bread on top and bottom. Ive googled and seen both but only one can be the correct way.

Bread on both sides if you're picking it up to eat it. Bread on the bottom if you're using a knife and fork. Probably depends on how much gravy you're putting on it.
