"Great" movies you just don't get.

i don't get Sucker Punch. everyone is saying how great that movie is but  i think it's very lame. like taking every tired cliche of Japanese anime and turning it into a live action movie. Meh..... actual anime has more depth in the plotline,and i just find Sucker Punch to be all special effects and nothing special.
like what a waste of money for that crap. 


edit- the soundtrack however is really cool tho, about the only good thing.

I couldn't get through the first Godfather which drives everyone insane when I say that.  That wedding scene lasts forever and nothing happens I am not so enamoured of Italian culture that I find that scene interesting.  I do like it when I tell people that and they keep trying to explain to me that scene is about how much respect everyone shows the godfather like I didn't pick up on that within 30 seconds of it.

I am aware the movie gets better but the beginning is just plain boring.
