The way Eddie killed himself was crazy, but I knew it was going to happen after all of his work friends saw his daughter fucking Frank.

Overall, I'm a little disappointed in the finale. No cliff-hangers at all , but at least it'll be back next season.

Karen. I dig black chicks the most, so if you asked who would I like to fuck it would be Veronica, but she has big nipples which I don't like as much as little ones. Don't get me wrong, she has fantastic tits - just not as nice as Karen's.

I just watched the first 2 episodes of the American version. Well done!
I was skeptical because the UK version was/is so good. Watched the whole 1st season on Netflix.
I am still undecided if I like the US one as much, but still it is very good. The chick that plays Fiona is way hot. However, the one that really gets me going is the actress that plays Veronica in the UK version, maybe because she's dirty, dirty, dirty and kinda looks like my ex on a good day?

Im still too caught up in the UK version to have got around to watching more of the US one.
So far it seems more depraved and campy than the US version.

Sadly if the US version follows the UK series closely Fiona, Veronica and Sheila will be gone and the show will jump the shark by the fourth season.
I keep watching, hoping that something happens to justify why the show has had something like 8 seasons in the UK.

The Lip/Karen drama wasn't handled that well either.

OK so I've been watching more episodes of the US shameless. It is such a divergence from the UK show that I'd say it is a totally different show.
The story lines made a big left turn after the first few episodes that the characters names are the only indicator that it is the "Shameless" I know.
The US show is darker, more serious, maybe even a bit depressing. It is a good show in it's own right, but it's just not as fun and ridiculous as the UK show. The music is better in the US version though.

There is nudity, mostly Karen and V till she left. BTW Karen is a much more endearing character in the UK show. Monica's bull-dyke GF Norma (not "Bob") is the only black chick I recall being on there.
Many of the people in the UK show are just plain to downright repulsive.
I don't watch it just for the hot chicks, there's porn for that. I watch it for the comedy, something the US version seems to lack. I also think the UK Frank character is a more likable buffoon than Macy's portrayal.
As I said, it really is a different show. Equally good on it's own merits, but a whole different vibe.

I just looked it up, the UK series is into it's NINTH season. BTW, "little" Debbie grows into quite the hottie.
