What Would Scooby Do ?

agent of change

She looked familiar. All I knew was that I had a visceral reaction to her - intense dislike. Good job acting I guess?

Interesting direction they're taking this Negan thing. Where was the other team that was only 10 minutes away? Preview for the next episode shows our group back at home in their gated suburb. I just re-read the series up until the next one coming out in April. So brutal. Things with Negan's group did not go so well in it. They're faring much better in the show. So far.
We didn't come here for economic politics or religious bickering, we came to rock.

She was on Justified as well.

I thought this last episode was really good....not sure what is up with Carol, but hopefully she does like she does in the comics.

At this point in the comic Carol is long gone if I remember correctly. She was also no where near the badass she is in the show.

I really, really hope they don't kill off the same person as in the book..
Nobody exists on purpose. Nobody belongs anywhere. Everybody's gonna die. Come watch TV?

The Shocker

So, does the show want me to like Negan?  He's infinitely more interesting than dumbass Rick.

I'm thinking it could be 1 of 5 people that dies:
Glen
Maggie
Abraham
Rick
Michonne

Hoping it's Rick.  Not a big fan.  Glen would be the natural, if they followed the comic and that would also allow Maggie to move to the Hilltop, as per the comic.  But they could reverse that, with Glen moving and Maggie dying.

On the Talking Dead they said it was a beloved character, and they also said it would allow for a new beginning, so I'm kinda leaning towards those 3, as I don't know that killing off Abe or Michonne would create much of a opportunity for a new storyline.

I dunno, I don't like how they can just completely change a character to suit their needs:  Gabriel was a coward, betrayed the bunch, then suddenly he's Rick's go-to guy to defend Alexandria?  Kind of insulting to the viewers.  But it shows the creators can and will do anything they want, so they don't have to follow logic, or even be consistent.  I kinda hate that about the show.

The writing is horrible and forces the actors, some of whom are great, to do all the heavy lifting.

Its not that bad at all.  Not sure what you expect, but there are a whole load of shit worse on TV than this.  Was the ending cheap, yes, but overall it was a great season.

It was a great season, one of the best.

I highly doubt that Rick or Carl will be killed. I don't think they will have Negan kill a woman as it will make him seem weak. I'm hoping Abraham doesn't get killed because I really his character. It's a long shot but I'm hoping that Aaron is the one who gets killed.
If I had a dollar for every girl that found me unattractive they would eventually find me attractive.

It's definitely not Rick or Carl. While Negan is beating the shit out of whomever (hoping Abraham at this point), he says something to his men to the effect of "If anyone moves, cut the boy's eyes out and feed them to his father".
Nobody exists on purpose. Nobody belongs anywhere. Everybody's gonna die. Come watch TV?

lftwng4

Yeah, I know Negan said that about Rick/Carl, but the writers could wipe that away easily, either by ignoring it or writing around it.
Don't think Aaron qualifies as a beloved character, or Sasha, or even Abe and Eugene for that matter.
Thought I read somewhere they said they were going to take a severe left turn from the comics?  Again, it can be nothing more than distraction and subterfuge.
