Oh man, RAGER! Nice relaxing day! DM is one of my all time top favorites out of a fresh tap so its great to see those pics.

RAGER

It was a fun day. We got a small lunch at Ferment Brewing on the waterfront and then went to DM and got pizza too.

Tanqueray martinis with a twist!

RAGER

That's good but please switch to coupes. It's nearly 2020.

They've got sentimental value but god damn is it easy to spill.
They make me want to smoke a cigarette through a holder too

RAGER

Fresh hop season is coming.

I agree with RAGER.  2020 is the year of the coupe.
Killing threads is my business and business is good.

Muffin Man

I need to get with the coupe program. What's the approved shortlist for homemade cockatoo's circa 2019-2020?

RAGER

A few of my favorites are

The Bees Knees. My signature version is with the addition of an absinthe rinse then pour in the coupe. Served up.

The Last Word.

Pegu Club Cocktail. Served up

Aviation Cocktail. Served up

Good ol' whiskey soda. On the rocks

"Pegu Club Cocktail. Served up."

Perfect I'll start there! Been wanting to sip some Gin, lately. What bottle do you recommend? I'll look around for the coupes - there may be a gift pack box at the liquor store.

Nothing too herbal. Martin Millers is one I like. The dry curaƧao might be hard to find.

Jeffrey Morganthaler's version is more accessible and very good too.

thanks for your recommendation.

found the regular and this one.

Martin Miller's London Dry Gin Westbourne Strength
Made to a traditional London Dry Style in flavor profile and dryness, this gin uses a mix of ultra traditional distilling methods allied to Martin's own iconoclastic 'take' on gin distilling. The secret is in the water which is found in Iceland. Pot distilled using the finest botanicals and aromatics, then shipped to Iceland where the purest water on earth is blended with the gin and one more secret ingredient. The Westbourne strength variant was developed in 2002 to 2003 in response to requests from barmen and mixologists requesting a higher proof version of this gin. The higher, 90 proof, gives the gin a little extra 'punch', making it ideal for more complex or highly flavored cocktails.

$45.59

Mail order is out of this one but I have a local nook I can check.
