been a long week so a well deserved MOSCOW MULE-

my recipe-
ice, squeezed lime wedge, a splash of rosie's lime juice, raise it up with vodka and fill to the top w/ goya ginger beer, (my fave ginger beer to use as it contains capsicum and gives a nice burning finish to the throat and stinging pucker to the lips).
repeat until drunk.

My latest discovery. Off Color's Apex Predator, one of the best saison's I have ever tried. Closest thing to Saison Dupont brewed here in the States, IMO.
