It's killing me that I can't hook it up and play with it today.  My mother had eye surgery today and is recovering in my jam room.

Today is killing me. If FedEx's tracking estimate is correct, tomorrow is shaping up to be a two-fer new guitar day. It doesn't help that I chopped off part of my picking hand thumb the other day...oh well, I'm stocked up on super glue.

That's why I just changed my shipping so I can pick it up at a FedEx/Kinko's.  I wish UPS was as easy to change.  The Kinko's is open late and open on Sunday's so I can just about always get my stuff there.

Yeah, I thought so, too. The equivalent Republic model is 679 new. I'm gonna look around for some kinda decorative widget to mount on the headstock to personalize the fucker. Maybe a coin...

Round neck, mostly bottleneck with some fretting worked in. It works nice lap-stylee, too. Better than fretting on a squareneck, anyway...
