Good topic, we can all use help when booking/routing shows, but I don't think it'd be an active enough topic to make a sticky. Keep in mind any time someone posts new info, the thread will bounce back to the top anyway..

but the point of a sticky topic is one that is useful, but not necessarily active with posts, a la Tech Thread, eventually most peoples questions are already answered in the thread, nobody needs to post.

As I mentioned before, I really don't want to clutter the entire board up with stickies. This thread is super slow, and if somebody wants to bump it every now and then with new entries, cool. Tech thread is fine, because it's relevant all the time because we all have questions occasionally, and it keeps the "omfg what is downtuning and will it hurt my guitar" threads to a minimum. There is no reason to keep a thread on life support if it isn't 100% relevant all the time. Ya dig?

Before the last few posts, the previous ones were in March, then February, then December 2011. It doesn't get enough traffic to justify being stickied. The FOR SALE thread is a much better candidate, as an example. Doing an end-around to get shit done ain't a good long-term solution either.

Hemi, you bumped it yesterday and it brought a few new posts which is how that works. Bump any thread you want, any time you want, that's sufficient for low-traffic threads.
