Yes, it's basically an eBay alternative but with much lower fees.  eBay charges 10% for music gear and then Paypal takes another 3%.  This site does 3.5%.

I've bought something on Reverb, haven't sold anything yet. Ebay's 10% is fucking ridiculous. But they do have a huge audience, and people who are willing to overpay.
