new pickups

i think i want new pickups for my 9 string (a converted dean boca 12). i rarely ever use the neck pickup (it's far too bassy) and the bridge pickup is nice, but too spikey for my tastes. i have dimarzio bluesbucker in a crappy guitar with a warped neck, but i haven't used it so long that i don't remember what it sounds like.

i want something that isn't too hot of an output, but still sounds full. any ideas?

i still want the humbucker quality though. i don't want a bunch of noise.

i'll probably try the bluesbucker first to see how that sounds.
