Can't you have one on your amp, and one on your board, or is that cheating?

I wonder if you can make the flanger sound tremolo'y?

Or thinking laterally, can I get a clip on tuner, and free up space that way?

I'd keep the flange/chorus, but mayhaps your ears are more tremolo-y?

Unless you're in a Police or Judas Priest tribute band chorus should be banned. I really like flange but only when it's so slow it's barely noticeable but it can add movement to simple riffs while retaining weight. For watery psychedelia I'll take a univibe style pedal every time. Trem is cool but not something I use much. I'm trying to decide if I want to add a wah which will mean getting a new board because it won't fit on my current one....I really want to simplify but it's just so hard so I feel your pain.

I use a chorus a lot. Never had a tremolo.

i don't have my trem on my amp. oh, and i don't have a tuner on my board, i have it plugged into the send of my effects loop.

looks like i might be keeping the flange . . . oh, and if it helps, i'm trying to free up space to put a fuzz.
