Drum track from BFD2

I'm gonna re-record some of my old stuff, and expand upon previous half-assed ideas.  This is where I'm currently at with my new software and an old track called 'Equilibrium' that was pretty heavy.  The riff is in Drop-A, but the old drum track was more natural, straightforward stuff (but still heavy drums).  I'm leaning toward a more industrial/psychedelic thing when I re-do my old material, so here's my current incarnation of the drum track for Equilibrium.

Any comments/criticism are welcome.  I kinda want to get the snare to be a bit less snappy, with a little more depth, and perhaps the crash cymbal sound, too.  Trying not to over-do the effects, but I do want the whole affair to be pretty trippy/creepy.
