Man I love huntsman cheese but my snobby cheese shop won't carry it cuz it's too grocery

We tasted some cheese yesterday at my favorite cheese shop while sipping some Belgians



Don't remember exactly what we came away with but one is a raw goats milk from the states, one from Neals Yard, oh yeah we got some Leonora from Spain.  Also some piccante salami from a local salumeria called Chop.

Does your cheese shop spin vinyl?  I didn't think so.

I love French roule, especially on water crackers, I also like salty peppery crackers, and recently had some rosemary crackers they were awesome...

mmmm and extra mature chedder....

and creamy soft goats cheese...

and how about chutneys? what else can you have other than chutney?

I like classic caramelized onion, or freshly made beetroot chutney....

Cheese and crackers is pure bliss....

I went to my fav cheese shoppe and tasted a bunch of stuff and had some beer and tasted some wines and came away very happy and buzzed today.
