Title: wanted: stoner-/desertrock (isolated) DRUM tracks
Post by: HansVanRock on July 21, 2013, 09:00:46 AM
Hi there,

i´m a stoner bass player and hate being alone in the rehearsal room practicing without drums in the background. I suck at programming drum software, all i have is a (sample-)looper with build-in drum machine but thats only a better metronome.

So i´m asking for good resources to find stoner drum tracks. My plan: copy those isolated drum tracks to my looper and jam to it.

Thanks.

You ever consider using ezdrummer / toontrack

and

Reaper?

tons of midi drumtracks prerecorded at low volumes, and you can make em into a song!  That is what I do for all myd emos.

There are a bunch of super simple drum machine apps on the iPhone (and I'm sure every other smart phone). DM1 is my favorite but there are a bunch and in a few minutes you could have exactly what you want.
