I chop up the fruit and freeze it.
Eliminates the need for ice.

Just watermelon is nice. No sugar (or yogurt, obviously), maybe blend some ice -- or pour it over ice. Dang.

coconut, mango, blueberry, peach, frozen strawberry, banana, coconut milk.  and I make sure to deepthroat the fruit pusher after blending is completed

I'm a smoothie master.  That's pretty much my dinner 3\4 nights a week after I work out.  I'm sure the ones I make have more sugar than I need but fuck it.  

I usually go with some frozen mango, frozen berry mix (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry), fresh pineapple, one greek chobani yogurt (different flavors), 1 banana, coconut milk, and pineapple juice.

So good.  Same as Jor el, I like using the frozen fruit instead of ice because it makes it cold without diluting the smoothie.
