I haunt shop Goodwill quite abit. But the shipping on this head is super cheap. But, no better than they would probably pack it, it'd be better if somebody was close enough to pick it up themselves.

Straight up, that head is worth every penny of 300-400 bucks, to me. Most any old Peavey head is a fucking tank, and I betcha any money that one will crush amps four times more expensive.

Pfff, modded to 6550's, and having an adjustable bias installed, this amp would trash most bass amps for bass..

Yeah, and some pretty cool gear flows through there at times. My concern is always how it's gonna be packed. I have bought a couple of guitars from there and they were packed okay. Some of them use the UPS service and it gets pricey real quick. I have been amazed at what people dump off at Goodwill.
