Yep, it's their first release in over two decades. Produced by Bill Laswell no less.

Saw them the other night. They ended the set with a couple of reggae songs. Guitar player had a BC Rich with effects built into it (delay mostly, I guess) which he only used for the reggae songs. Ridiculous amount of gear (four full stacks between them, guitar player had two massive road cases with amps and rack gear). But there was a hum all night, possibly the club's fault I suppose. Overall, very good show. Enjoyable, but they didn't blow my mind or anything,

Nice to know they're still kicking. I remember writing about The Dub Trio and thinkin they -BIG- were one of the few anicedents. Or in my kinda limited world. There is a line in Joe Carduccis book " rock and the pop narcotic" where the guys in Blind I. G. Mention a singer wouldn't work with what they did.
